Who we are

RM-RF SOFTWARE LTD is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17485608, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.

What we process

• Emails you send us: your address, your name if you give it, and what you write.
• Request logs: when you visit, our hosting provider handles your IP address, browser details and the pages you ask for, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This site has no forms, no analytics and no tracking.

Why and on what basis

• Emails: our legitimate interest in replying to you and keeping a record of what was said. If you write about a contract with us, the basis is taking steps before entering into it.
• Request logs: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.

Who we share it with

• Google, which hosts our email (Google Workspace).
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and handles its request logs.

Both act as our processors under contracts that protect your data, including when it is handled outside the UK.

How long we keep it

• Emails: 24 months after the last message, unless we need them longer for a contract or a legal claim.
• Request logs: kept by Cloudflare for its own limited period. We keep no copies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it, and in some cases to have it moved to someone else. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.

Complaints

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It loads nothing from other websites.
